We’re committed to your wellness and satisfaction. All our products are handcrafted with the highest quality natural and essential oils. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:
Returns
You have 30 days to try our product from the date of receipt of your package.
Returns can be sent to: PO Box 468, Lake Oswego, OR 97034
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
We do not accept returns on items discounted or final sale items.
Samples and gift with purchase are yours to enjoy.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days as store credit for future purchases.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you choose to exchange, return the item unopened, unused and in it's original packaging. You will then receive a store credit to purchase another item. This will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please choose tracked shipping options at checkout.
Once the package is delivered to your address, any issues that arise, contact your carrier.
If your item is damaged during delivery, file a claim with the carrier and contact us for assistance.
