We’re committed to your wellness and satisfaction. All our products are handcrafted with the highest quality natural and essential oils. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:

Returns

We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • You request a return within 7 days of delivery, you will have up to 14 days to return purchase, as stated unopened, unused and in original package as received.
  • You provide your order number or proof of purchase

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.  There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns, if returned at received.  

We do not accept returns on items discounted or final sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days as store credit for future purchases.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for unauthorized or late returns

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please choose tracked shipping options at checkout.
If your item is damaged during delivery, file a claim with the carrier and contact us for assistance.
