Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Taryn x Philip Rebalance is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If unresolved, contact us at rebalance@txp-rebalance.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
